We're a small engineering team building AI-native software for construction, the trades and home services across the US and Canada. We hire rarely and carefully.
How we work
We work alongside AI agents every day. Agents write and test much of our code; engineers decide what to build, set the architecture and own the result. Every change runs against our full test suite, and the hard problems get written up in our Lab.
What we look for
Engineers who like real problems. Real-time voice, phones that ring while locked, documents that have to be right the first time.
People who measure. We choose models, designs and fixes by evidence, not by taste.
Care for the people on the other end. Our users are on roofs and in basements, not at desks. The software has to work for them.
Comfort with AI tools. You'll get the most from working with agents, and help us get better at it.
